To the staff and owners of Leland Plumbing,

I recently hired Leland to do some work for me. One part of the job was fairly easy – replacing cut off valve to commode, in a tile wall… (but obviously – I didn’t want a handyman to attempt this) and David did this expertly. The next task was only hindered by my past experiences and the misleading diagnosis by a previous ‘plumber’. David tried his best to convince me that the trouble was probably just in the clogged drain line… not a collapsed pipe that I was led to believe.
I reluctantly ‘let’ him do his job, and he snaked out the pipe and water is flowing again for the first time in almost 3 years. He was truly an angel and so patiently tried to explain the procedure to me. You (Leland Plumbing) were truly a God send.

I’ve had professional plumbers in the past that spent more time on their cell phones than doing my job (but I was charged for the time anyway – and had to call them back for leaks). I’ve had professional plumbers who, I feel tried to take advantage of me because of my age or because I was female.

I’ve never before had a plumber so knowledgeable, polite and professional as David from Leland Plumbing.
